The Presidential Dollars series, issued by the United States Mint from 2007 to 2016, features a dollar coin honoring each U.S. president in the order of their terms. The coins are made of a manganese-brass alloy, giving them a distinctive gold color. Each coin includes the president's portrait on the obverse and is inscribed with "In God We Trust," the year of minting, and the mintmark. The reverse features a design of the Statue of Liberty. Collectors often seek these coins both for their historical significance and as part of complete sets representing each president.
