Fugio Cents - Coins

Fugio cents are among the earliest coins issued in the United States, minted in 1787. Designed by Benjamin Franklin, these coins feature a sun dial and the phrase "Mind Your Business" on the obverse, symbolizing industry and time management. The reverse depicts a chain of thirteen links representing the unity of the original thirteen states. Fugio cents are made of copper and were intended to circulate as currency, though they are now highly sought after by collectors for their historical significance and unique design.
