Barber Dimes are a series of ten-cent coins designed by Charles E. Barber, minted in the United States from 1892 to 1916. The 1908 Barber Dime, struck at the New Orleans Mint, features the obverse with a profile of Liberty wearing a cap and the reverse displaying an eagle. Due to their lower mintage compared to other years and the historical significance of the Barber design, these coins are sought after by collectors, especially in higher grades. The New Orleans mint mark "O" adds to the coin's desirability among numismatists.
