1946 50c

Coin / United States of America / 1946 / Philadelphia / Walking Liberty Halves / 50c

This is the least common short set date in lower Mint State grades. High-end MS67’s and a single existent MS68 are scarce and valuable for the 1946; but all lower grades are quite plentiful. The issue is very attractive with strong strikes and quality luster making nice gems very easy to find.
