The 1939-D Mercury dime is a quite common in circulated grades and is plentiful in uncirculated condition, with vast quantities known even with Full Bands details through MS67. There are dozens known in MS68 and several grading reaching the seemingly esoteric MS69, assuring plenty of high-end pieces for those who seek them and are willing to pay decent premiums for the top-notch examples.
