This San Francisco issue is very common in all grades ranging from well circulated up through MS67. For pieces grading higher, prices become significantly steeper as the number of available specimens drops precipitously. Most collectors have room to be picky and can find exceptional pieces in the mid-range Gem levels with a little extra looking.
