1934-S 50c

Coin / United States of America / 1934 / San Francisco / Walking Liberty Halves / 50c

The 1934-S is the final minor condition rarity in the Walking Liberty Half Dollar Series. Common up to MS63, this issue is considered slightly scarce at this grade and the two succeeding grades. MS66 is scarce and MS67 is quite rare. The 1934-S’s are very attractive in Mint State with quality luster and a surprisingly solid strike for a San Francisco minted Walker.
