1928-S $1

Coin / United States of America / 1928 / San Francisco / Peace Dollars / $1 (One Dollar)

The 1928-S is one of the much better dates minted in San Francisco and is known mostly as a condition rarity. This coin has many problems, including bag marks, with striking as a major problem as well. Scarce in all grades with a rarity jump in gem condition as MS65 and MS66 are both extremely rare.
