1928-D 10c

Coin / United States of America / 1928 / Denver / Mercury Dimes / 10c

1928-D Mercury dimes are common in circulated grades though are considerably tougher in the uncirculated grades – a typical situation for most pre-1934 branch-mint Mercury dimes. There are many well-struck specimens available and a decent supply of Full Bands examples, though these are very scarce in grades of MS65 or higher.
