1928 $2 1/2

Coin / United States of America / 1928 / Philadelphia / $2.50 Indian Gold / $2.50 (Two and a Half Dollars)

The 1928 breaks the trend from the past few issues slightly as it is more scarce and therefore takes more work finding a suitable piece for a collection of any kind. The eye appeal and overall quality are about average as this series goes. Not an exciting issue but as always there are superb gems out there if you can find them and want to pay the premium to acquire.
