The 1927 Peace Dollar is a part of the Peace Dollar series, minted from 1921 to 1935 to commemorate the peace following World War I. Designed by Anthony de Francisci, the coin features a profile of Lady Liberty on the obverse, and a bald eagle resting on an olive branch on the reverse. This coin was minted in Philadelphia and does not carry a mint mark.
