1924-S $20

Coin / United States of America / 1924 / San Francisco / $20 Saint Gaudens Gold / $20 (Twenty Dollars)

The 1924-S is among the rarest of all Saints, with fewer than 1,000 believed to survive across all grades. The vast majority are known in lower than MS63, and just a few qualify as true MS65s as so many are bagmarked or exhibit other surface issues. However, most are well struck and higher-end pieces normally offer at least decent luster.
