The 1920-D Lincoln cent is a common coin in circulated condition, with plentiful examples at reasonable prices in that grade range. As with other earlier Lincoln cents, the level of scarceness goes through the roof for uncirculated specimens, and particularly pieces grading about MS65 or higher.
