1919 Lincoln cents are common in all circulated grades and are plentiful in uncirculated grades, too. While full Red specimens are certainly scarcer than their Brown and Red-Brown counterparts, they are nevertheless widely available through MS66RD. Overall, collectors and dealers should have little trouble finding choice examples of this Philadelphia issue.
