The 1915 Philadelphia Lincoln cents are common in circulated grades though it is a tougher date in the uncirculated grades. While scarcity is a factor for this coin in the higher uncirculated grades, though by no means is it rare, at least when discussing Brown or Red-Brown pieces in the Mint States grades.
