1913-S Lincoln cents are scarce semi-key coins in circulated condition and considerably scarce in all uncirculated grades. Red uncirculated examples are rare as a breed, though they are extremely difficult to find in the Gem grades. Collectors and dealers who seek nice uncirculated specimens need to search far and wide to find such pieces.
