1913 $20

Coin / United States of America / 1913 / Philadelphia / $20 Saint Gaudens Gold / $20 (Twenty Dollars)

The 1913 Philadelphia-minted Saint-Gaudens $20 is scarce as an issue, though lower-grade pieces are, unsurprisingly, much more common than better examples. Many pieces are heavily bagmarked, making any specimens higher than about MS63 exceptionally scarce. Gems are extremely rare, and only a handful are known -- all selling at massive premiums.
