1891-S $1

Coin / United States of America / 1891 / San Francisco / Morgan Dollars / $1 (One Dollar)

A scarce S-mint issue that is widely available in circulated and lower-end MS grades but rare in MS65 or better levels. A very small number have been certified in MS67, though these are worth big money due to their extreme scarcity. PLs and DMPLs are both rare, and in the MS65 level are exceptionally so.
