1889 3cN

Coin / United States of America / 1889 / Philadelphia / 3-Cent Nickels / 3cN

The 1889 Three Cent Nickel is the final year of issue for its series and the denomination as a whole. Very common up through MS65 at which point the coin becomes scarce as a high-gem. Only the finest of gems are very rare. The strike for this issue is very strong with amazing luster.
